IPaM is a joint initiative delivered by WHSQ and WorkCover Queensland. It is a free program designed to help Queensland businesses develop and implement sustainable health, safety and injury management systems.

An IPaM advisor will help you complete:

  • reviews of your health, safety and injury management systems

  • identification of your workplace hazards

  • assessment of your workplace safety capability

  • your own tailored and specific business improvement plan.

More than 2,000 Queensland employers have already taken advantage of the Injury Prevention and Management program and seen improvements in:

  • worker participation and involvement

  • injury and insurance claim rates

  • average claim costs

  • injured workers returning to work

  • productivity

  • insurance premium rates

  • workplace injury rates.
